Vintage Cellar's Review:
"The red ruby color and the dry taste give this wine joviality and cordiality. It is fresh and fruity, with lovely strawberry and cherry aromas and flavors, with nice spice and a silky texture."
My Review:
The grape mixture in this wine reminds me of an Amarone, however this wine is lighter and less robust. The nose gives of cherry, darker grape and peppery aromas. The body has a wonderful red color and a strong and spicy cherry flavor. Overall, low tannins, slight acidity, medium bodied and a dry finish.
Tasted without food.
