Sokol Blosser Meditrina Tasting

Name: Sokol Blosser Meditrina
Varietal: Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel
Region: Oregon
Country: United States
Year: NV
Price: $7.95

Vintage Cellar's Review:

"BIt's created from the finest Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel. The taste is lush and velvety with expressive notes of raspberry and cherry. It pairs nicely with pasta and anything off the grill."

My Review:
The breakdown of this wine in 50% Syrah, 28% Pinot Noir and 22% Zinfandel; this accounts for a very distinct flavor. It is labeled a White-American wine. It smelled scrumptious, giving off raspberry and cherry aromas. A very bold and delicious cherry taste that is very strong and not balanced. Medium bodied.

Tasted without food.
