Vintage Cellar's Review:
“Organically and naturally grown and made, this wine allows the varietal and the terroir to stand out cleanly. It shows a nice cherry color with a violet shade because of its youth. Red berries and cherries on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, slightly astringent, and harmonious with a long finish.”

My Review:
Organic! I initially noticed a ruby red color. I got huge wafts of cherry with a bit of spice on the nose. The body is filled with a bit of tobacco and cherry fruit. Although this wine had a potent palate, it was a let down after the nose. Overall, slightly acidic, soft tannins, and refreshing. Could be good with and complementary to a poultry dish.
Tasted without food.
