Cresta Azul Tasting

Region: Emporda
Country: Spain

Vintage Cellar's Review:
Moscatel, Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel-lo. Peach, orange cream and vanilla flavors mingle in this softly bubbly white. Off-dry, but with crisp acidity and a clean finish.”

My Review:
This wine had a very light color with a golden tinge. I got great hints of peach and citrusy grapefruit on the nose. A good, crisp and clean body, which was covered in peaches, melons and citrus. A nice, light, sweet wine with low acidity.  Overall, well balanced and a good drink by itself or as a pairing with delicate desserts.

Tasted without food.
